ForgeMyPrint – Terms of Service

Welcome to ForgeMyPrint. By purchasing or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. General

ForgeMyPrint operates as a print-on-demand service, fulfilling orders via Printify or other approved POD providers.
All items are made-to-order and customized and may slightly differ from the website images due to printing limitations.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these terms.

2. Orders and Payments

All prices are listed in [your currency].
Payment is required in full at checkout.
We accept the payment methods provided by Shopify.
Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After that, production begins and cancellation is not possible.

3. Refunds and Returns

Custom/POD items cannot be returned for change of mind.
Faulty or damaged items are eligible for replacement or refund (see our Refund Policy).
Minor color or design variations due to printing do not qualify for refunds.

4. Shipping

All items are fulfilled via Printify.
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
ForgeMyPrint is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs, but we will assist in resolving shipping issues.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on ForgeMyPrint (logos, images, designs, text) is owned by ForgeMyPrint, licensed to us, or inspired by public works.
Some designs may be influenced by external sources or trends; they are not exact copies of copyrighted materials.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of any design.
Customers may not reproduce, distribute, or sell ForgeMyPrint designs without written permission.
We respect third-party intellectual property and will investigate and address any claims in good faith.

Disclaimer

Some designs are originally inspired by existing concepts or public imagery. ForgeMyPrint ensures that no item directly copies copyrighted content, and all products are produced with unique artistic interpretation.

6. Liability

ForgeMyPrint is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability for any faulty or damaged item will not exceed the purchase price.
We do not guarantee that products will be compatible with third-party equipment or apps unless stated.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Ensure that your shipping address is correct.
Follow our instructions for claims on damaged or lost items.
Respect intellectual property laws.

8. EU & International Compliance

EU customers are informed that POD items are custom and exempt from the 14-day withdrawal right, except for faulty or damaged goods.
All transactions comply with local eCommerce, distance selling, and consumer protection laws.
