ForgeMyPrint – Refund & Returns Policy 

(POD-Compliant, EU & Worldwide)

ForgeMyPrint sells print-on-demand, made-to-order products. Each item is customized for the customer. Because of the nature of POD, this policy outlines your rights and our obligations, while remaining compliant with EU law and international consumer protection.


1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

Under EU consumer law, buyers normally have a 14-day withdrawal period for distance purchases.

Exemption for Custom Goods:

  • ForgeMyPrint products are made-to-order and personalized.

  • EU law allows no withdrawal for custom-made items.

  • This means that change-of-mind returns are not allowed for POD items.


2. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective, misprinted, or damaged:

  • You are entitled to a full refund or replacement.

  • To request a refund/replacement:

    1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving the item.

    2. Include your order number and photo evidence of the issue.

  • We will work with Printify to verify the issue and process the claim.

  • Replacement items will be shipped at no extra cost.

Note: Minor differences in color or design due to printing limitations do not qualify for a refund.


3. Lost or Non-Delivered Items

  • If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, contact us immediately.

  • We will collaborate with Printify and carriers to locate the package.

  • If the item is confirmed lost, we will reship or refund the order.


4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.

  • After this window, production begins and cancellations are not possible.


5. Worldwide Customers

  • Same rules apply globally.

  • Non-EU consumers may have additional rights under their local law, but POD items are generally considered custom-made, limiting returns.


6. Shipping & Fulfillment

  • All items are fulfilled via Printify, a third-party provider.

  • Delivery times depend on the chosen print provider and shipping method.

  • Estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout.

  • Delays caused by carriers or customs are outside our direct control, but we will assist in resolving issues.


7. Additional Legal Notes

  • This policy is in line with EU Consumer Rights Directive and Printify terms of service.

  • By purchasing, you acknowledge that your product is custom-made and non-returnable for change of mind, unless faulty.

  • ForgeMyPrint complies with distance selling and eCommerce regulations worldwide.
